Located on the second floor, this new Japanese restaurant features sushi, A5 Japanese wagyu and hand-rolled ramen. Chef Omar Torres’ creative menu includes nearly everything, from traditional dishes to sushi rolls, ramen, and Japanese beef. Located on the beach, Bonsai is open daily from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
