Bonsai vector is a collection of royalty-free, professionally-designed Vector illustrations of bonsai trees. Each illustration has a beautiful, detailed and unique design. All vectors are available for commercial & personal use and are easy to edit and resize.

The Bonsai vector collection consists of 15 illustrations and is available for instant download in AI (Adobe Illustrator) EPS and PNG formats. You can print them in any size you want for your projects, including posters, banners, fliers, invitation cards, business cards, etc.

A key aspect of the Bonsai approach is its exploitation of label co-occurrence information. This is captured in an (L times L) symmetric matrix where each column (mathbfv _ell) represents the number of times the label (mathbfv_ell) appears with all other labels. The resulting matrix (mathbfV _ell) can be used to represent the label space and, as shown in the figure below, provides a simple yet effective partitioning of the labels.

This enables a very different label distribution compared to the more balanced partitioning of Parabel, which leads to better prediction performance and significantly improved tail label coverage. This is further enhanced by the choice to allow a wider fanout for shallow trees and the flexibility to not enforce balanced-ness in label partitioning. Bonsai shows consistent improvements over Parabel on the exemplary WikiLSHTC-325K dataset and demonstrates that the use of generalized label representations augmented with deeper tree architecture can lead to efficient methods for XMC.
