Thanks General Shipping Issues: To prevent live trees from being cooked in a hot truck ; Or otherwise held by the carrier over the weekend: We ship all orders to arrive before the end of the current week (including Saturday) West of the Mississippi: Orders received AFTER 1:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, will generally ship the following Monday for most locations. East of the Mississippi: We will ship to any location, provided the tree can be delivered by the end of the current week. In general, we ship in 1 to 2 days as long as the tree can be delivered before the weekend. Please note: We do not ship Trees to unsecured PO boxes or to unconfirmed addresses; we do not ship outside the continental US at this time. If you live miles out of town… and it’s a Rural PO Box or nothing, contact me & I will make special arrangements for you. Winter Shipping Issues: Please note that this is an OUTDOOR Bonsai.;This means it can be shipped when temperatures are below freezing at night, but you need to know that is will be in a dormant state, basically frozen when it arrives. Correct care is to maintain it in a sheltered outdoor location or to over winter it in a unheated garage or shed. If your over winter outdoors, it should be sheltered or mulched but it must not be covered with plastic or anything which would prevent natural watering. If you choose to over winter in a Garage or shed the plant must be watered when it arrives and at least every 2 weeks; check every week for the first few weeks if the humidity in your location tends to be low; make sure soil does not go dry if you over winter in a garage or shed. Combined shipping: Due to the necessary packing, shipping 2 or more trees together does not produce savings. While convent, it just increases the size of the box, hence the cost of both the packing & the shipping. We do combine drip trays & other small items such as moisture meters, fertilizer etc with a tree, whenever possible, as long as there is no danger to the tree. Request an Invoice before Payment and I will gladly review and adjust shipping charges if possible. Returns: Please read the eBay return Policy Carefully. Additionally, Please Note: because these are LIVE TREES If your tree arrives damaged or you notice a problem, please contact NancyCyburban . Even if you aren’t sure you have a problem, with live trees, earlier is always better. I will be glad to answer any questions. Trees must be watered immediately when received and cared for until you are ready to return ship Packing: ALL The Tree are shipped plastic wrapped into their pots. This has 2 main purposes; first & most important is to Hold the Tree in the Pot, preventing root damage & to keep it stationary in the box. Second is to retain moisture. Kitchen plastic wrap will work to supplement or replace original plastic wrap, if wrapped around the pot and soil, in the same way it arrived. If necessary plastic wrap can be secured with PACKING Tape, wrapped completely around the pot. All other original packing must be utilized. Return Merchandise Authorization #: To preserve the life of the tree and expedite refunds you MUST have a RA# on the package. The package must be shipped to the Return Address as provided with the RA#. The RMA# is valid for 7 days from the date of issue; You must ship the tree within this time. We will NOT issue refunds for any tree not properly secured in it’s pot, returned without an RMA # or shipped to the wrong address.
